Shamail Siddiqi is the Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Masterminds Education, a globally recognized education group pioneering neuroscience-driven early learning and personalized schooling models. His journey into education represents a deliberate and deeply personal shift from a successful career in business strategy and finance toward building a new paradigm for how children learn, grow, and thrive.

Before founding Masterminds, Shamail held senior roles in global institutions including Goldman Sachs and Booz & Company, where he developed expertise in strategy, systems thinking, and long-term value creation. The birth of his daughter marked a pivotal moment in his life and career. As he explored traditional education pathways, he became increasingly convinced that prevailing models were not aligned with the cognitive, emotional, and developmental needs of children growing up in a rapidly changing world. This realization sparked years of intensive research into neuroscience, child development, and elite educational models across the United States and Europe.

Founded in Dubai in 2016, Masterminds Education was built around a simple but powerful idea: intelligence, physical capability, and emotional resilience can be systematically developed when education is aligned with how the brain actually learns. Under Shamail’s leadership, Masterminds introduced a daily, highly structured program integrating advanced language acquisition, music, movement, gymnastics, cognitive training, and social-emotional development. The results have consistently placed Masterminds learners well ahead of conventional academic benchmarks.

Shamail’s vision extended beyond early years education. In response to evolving global needs and accelerated by the COVID-19 pandemic, heled the launch of an online education platform in the United States in 2020, followed by the creation of Masterminds VIP, a micro-school model designed for primary-aged learners. This model emphasizes ultra-small learning groups, personalized pathways, and the responsible use of AI to support engagement, safety, and individualized progress monitoring
